On Thursday and Friday last week (11th and 12th May) we experienced some wild storms over Pencoed. One of our students (Ceri Weston) and her dad took some amazing photographs (which were published by the BBC, reproduced here with kind permission). Lots of students were have shown a great deal of interest, so I have posted a few links to help find out how thunder and lightning forms.
